zappi Chargers
Why the zappi?
- zappi is available in two versions: Cable and Socket.
- zappi is a smart EV charger with a difference. zappi can operate as a standard home car charger, using power from the grid.
- It also has optional charging modes which use 100% green energy generated from your own home Solar PV system or wind generation.
Charging Modes
- ECO ; Charge power is continuously adjusted in response to changes in generation or power consumption elsewhere in the home. Charging will continue until the EV is fully charged, even if power is drawn from the grid.
- ECO+ ; Charge power is continuously adjusted in response to changes in generation or power consumption elsewhere in the home. Charging will pause if there is too much imported power, continuing only when there is surplus free power available.
- FAST ; In this mode, the EV will be charged at the maximum power. This is just like an ordinary Mode 3 charge point.
